What you see should be
what you move into.
Clear photos. Dates with a source. Costs without the scavenger hunt. These are our publication standards, not promises we make without evidence.
Photos that show the whole home
- At least six original photographs: living space, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, exterior or entrance, and a floor plan.
- At least 2,000 pixels on the long edge and 1,200 on the short edge. Images are checked on upload and optimized for viewing.
- Label the exact unit, shared spaces and any model-unit photography accurately. State where the photo came from and confirm rights to use it.
- No generated rooms or alterations that misrepresent dimensions, windows, furnishings or condition.
- Human review is required before a submitted home is published. A technical image check alone is not verification of a real property.
Preview homes use clearly marked stock images. They cannot pass the real-inventory publication gate.
Availability with an honest label
- Partner API snapshot: a signed, fresh update covers your complete dates. It is a snapshot, not a booking guarantee.
- Operator-managed: the operator has entered a current window. A request and acceptance are still required.
- Imported calendar: advisory information only. It cannot independently confirm a stay.
- Expired or incomplete: dates cannot be represented as available; requests are paused until updated.
Before accepting a request, the platform rechecks the full interval and prevents overlaps with other accepted stays. Operators remain responsible for updating inventory they sell elsewhere.
The full cost of your dates
Rent and utilities are prorated using a disclosed 30-night baseline. One-time cleaning and service fees appear separately. Refundable deposits are shown separately from the stay total and included in the final estimate. Where online payment is enabled, secure checkout uses the accepted request’s saved total, including the separately disclosed deposit. Sending a request never charges a card.
Ready for people moving from abroad
Listings should disclose required documents, eligibility, guarantor requirements, minimum stay, house rules and support languages. These details must be confirmed by the operator before entering a binding contract. The MVP does not claim that every nationality, visa or circumstance has already been approved.
