Make yourself at home in Tokyo.

Start with the places you will travel to regularly. A monthly home is easier to compare when you know the nearest station, transfers and the space you need for everyday life.

Start with your everyday routine

Compare your commute, not only a neighborhood name. Ask the operator for the nearest station and walking time, then check your full route separately. A map pin or tourist-area label alone does not establish journey time.

Compare the cost of your whole stay

Okaeri Stay estimates prorate rent and utilities from a 30-night baseline and itemize one-time charges such as cleaning. The refundable deposit is shown separately from the stay cost and included in checkout. Enter your exact dates and review both the full amount and deposit return conditions.

Check beds and practical amenities

Space for two guests does not necessarily mean two beds. Review the actual mix of single or double beds, futons and sofa beds, bedroom count, and private versus shared facilities. Laundry, kitchen, Wi-Fi and nearby groceries or convenience stores all matter during a longer stay.

Understand availability before requesting

Availability has a source and an update time. Imported calendars are advisory, not a booking guarantee. Sending a request neither holds the dates nor charges you. An operator’s acceptance holds dates within Okaeri Stay; the rental agreement, eligibility and payment are separate steps.

Before moving from abroad

Ask the operator about required documents, guarantors, minimum stay, support languages, key collection and whether address registration is permitted. Conditions differ by property. Do not send passport or bank details in messages.
